1. Since the compaction effect can be greatly affected by vibration frequency and amplitude, our road roller not only uses mechanical walk and hydraulic vibration, but also adopts dual frequency, dual amplitude. The frequency ranges from 28HZ to 35HZ, and the amplitude is from 1mm to 2mm. Hence, flexible hydraulic steering and the best compaction effect can be achieved.
2. The utilization of German Rexroth or American Sauer vibrating pump and Parker motor, pipeline, coupling and sealing element ensures the high performance and reliability of the vibrating hydraulic system.
3. The powershift gearbox is from Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group. Electro-hydraulic control of steering and gear shifting is realized, resulting in easy and smooth operation, small impact force, and extended service life.
4. Our road roller has an independent vibrating chamber, and adopts flexible coupling and vibratory bearing which is specially used by German FAG road rollers.
5. The strengthened front and rear frames are made by high quality materials, making our roller ideal for heavy duty tasks.
6. Our road roller is equipped with D6114 diesel engine, which delivers strong power, large torque, and generates low noise.
